Launched in September 2007, Under the Sun Events is a full service event planning company specializing in action-packed lifestyle events and local adventure travel for adults. Our approach is twofold. We start by hunting down California's coolest outdoor activities and destinations. Everything from hot beach getaways to fitness and yoga retreats, party bus tours to multi-sport adventures. If your idea of fitness is a pub crawl at the beach, we've got that covered too. Under the Sun Events locates the best beach volleyball, surfing, wine, food and music festivals in California. We then deliver all of this information directly to our subscribers/clients via blog & monthly newsletter. Arming people with great ideas is only the beginning though. Under the Sun Events will drag that HTML adventure out of your inbox and turn it into reality. We live the lifestyle we promote and excel at planning dynamic events or group adventures from start to finish. If we've never rock climbed in Yosemite, we find experts who have. We also make sure the cabins are bug-free and the beer is cold when the group returns home. From birthdays to corporate retreats, we tackle it all with an upbeat attitude and street savvy professionalism. Under the Sun Events also offers a full menu of ala carte services including conference planning & logistical support, custom event web design & maintenance, location scouting & research, assistance with air/hotel/transportation, budget planning, "day of" coordination and more. Our flexible service structure allows us to meet client needs at the level they desire, within their budget. The business is still in early stages, but we are operational and ready to take on your next event.
