Zappos makes it easy to quit and pays you

Zappos has 1,600 people. They want committed employees. Four week deep imersion program when you start. High energy. At end of four weeks, they will pay you $1k. Low stress, rewarding 10% take them up. Money will spent. Trying to fill the organization with people who want to me there. They don't have to admit that they don't want to be there.
Started at 100, then 500 then 1000 and now they are thinking of going higher.
